About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Machine Learning team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market activities for Amazon SageMaker, a cloud-based machine learning platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and adoption of AWS ML Services across the globe.
  • Work closely with AWS Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Marketing Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers' business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional AI/ML presales and account teams to accelerate sales and partner engagements.
  • Develop and communicate GTM strategies to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
About the Team

As part of the Worldwide Specialist Team, you will lead the global GTM plan for AWS ML Services and set direction and standards for how we solve customer problems in this area of expertise. You will partner with technical and business teams to bring the voice of the customer into our product development roadmap.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
  • Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
