Job Summary

Kendago, a leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and research potential clients and partners to expand our network and revenue streams.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas, aligning with our mission to drive business growth.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold emailing, and other outreach methods, leveraging your expertise in the e-commerce and direct response space.
    • Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance our sales strategy.
    • Identify opportunities for new markets and product lines, driving innovation and growth within the company.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Adhere to and track sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align sales efforts with company objectives and drive business growth.
    • Represent Kendago at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand and value proposition to potential clients and partners.
    • Tap into your existing network of industry contacts and partners, while expanding it under the role, to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Promote Kendago's brand and value proposition to potential clients and partners, highlighting our unique strengths and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Executive role within the digital marketing space, with a strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work remotely, with occasional travel required for industry events and meetings.
