About the Role

Circle Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our services to potential clients and developing strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our branch manager and corporate resources to develop a portfolio of business.
  • Qualify and present our service offerings to potential customers.
  • Prepare written proposals for customers and convert prospects into customers.
  • Manage opportunities, projects, and daily transactions with both prospects and customers.
  • Generate and maintain a lead list illustrating potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce Circle Logistics services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit RFI/RFPs for potential and existing clients.
  • Manage the sales funnel within our CRM tool.
  • Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities.
  • Meet key growth metrics, including total revenue and margin.
Requirements
  • Freight brokerage, TSP account management, or sales experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to be available after hours and weekends if needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
