About the Role

Alro Steel Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in a dynamic sales environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base, pricing and processing orders, and solving customer delivery and material challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Pricing and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Solve customer delivery and material challenges through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the metals industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
