The Sales Account Representative will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, skillfully guiding conversations to help customers gain new perspectives on the information provided, all while contributing to a results-focused environment.

The primary objective of a Sales Account Representative is to enhance brand visibility and lead in fostering in-person, one-on-one discussions to boost sales through customer engagement on behalf of our growing clientele. This role involves collaborating closely with our clients' customers to craft tailored experiences through direct interactions that cater to individual preferences and customizable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly manage assigned territories and meticulously track all customer interactions to optimize sales performance.
  • Identify customer needs, manage current accounts, enhance sales outcomes, and document results to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer base and company offerings to effectively recommend service improvements that will drive sales.
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Account Representatives to set, monitor, and record weekly targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to weekly sales meetings by sharing innovative ideas aimed at improving sales margins based on consumer insights.
  • Engage in ongoing sales and leadership development through weekly meetings, webinars, and collaborative calls with top Sales Account Representatives nationwide.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A college degree or relevant experience in sales or marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage situations effectively and resolve challenges.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A competitive spirit with a drive to excel.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly valued.
