Job SummaryThe Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and securing monthly parking customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly salary, health benefits, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a multi-faceted sales plan to network and develop relationships with representatives of target groups and corporate accounts.
- Cold calling to secure monthly parkers and respond to sales inquiries from potential customers.
- Determine rates, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with operations to ensure full participation in servicing accounts and provide constructive feedback on client experiences.
- Nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers to increase corporate sales revenue and secure referrals.
- Host and entertain clients, maintain client accounts, and communicate best practices with other corporate account managers.
- Respond to client requests, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree.
- At least 4 years of inside sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or willingness and capability to learn.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly proficient level of computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Competitive hourly salary between $20 and $25 per hour, depending on experience.
