Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail or counter sales environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Great listening and organizational skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines
