Executive Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and prepare expense reports utilizing the Concur system.

· Manage complex scheduling and maintain calendars through Outlook, ensuring executives remain on track.

· Screen and relay messages, directing calls as necessary.

· Assist in the creation of newsletters and other correspondence.

· Organize quarterly Town Hall meetings and provide technical support for video setups and streaming.

· Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, ordering office supplies, and coordinating lunches and messenger services.

· Arrange both domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, and other logistical needs.

· Support the preparation of presentations for senior leadership.

· Aid in talent planning and manage the internship program, ensuring interns have the necessary equipment and access.

· Communicate on behalf of executives with global teams.

· Assist with various special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate setting providing administrative support at an executive level.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage tasks and projects independently.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $50.75, subject to variations based on experience, skills, education, and budget considerations. This position is also eligible for a competitive bonus program based on performance and company results.
