Our client is looking to hire a Hospital Executive Assistant to assist the CFO as well as the SVP
The Assistant is primarily responsible for working with the EVP/CFO in unison and with other staff members within the hospital. The position will report in Jamaica, New York. The interview and testing will take place in Melville, (Long Island), New York.
Description:
· Manages daily office operations, acts as confidential assistant and communicates sensitive information to Administration.
· Maintains calendars of EVP/CFO in unison with two facility offices, keeping him abreast of all pertinent matters, coordinating all meetings, routing documents for signature, maintaining files and ordering all supplies and equipment.
• Direct contact for all staff for inquiries and complaints. Direct contact regarding Parking and maintains records and monitors complimentary parking vouches for various departments.
• Maintains and update insurance bills, obtain COI's, distribute vehicle insurance cards and titles.
• Handles Malpractice Insurance Payments in an efficient and timely manner.
• Handles Kronos timekeeping for payroll.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience supporting executives
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- Hospital experience strongly preferred
- Computer literate with programs of Excel; Word; PowerPoint; Outlook
- Ability to demonstrate principled leadership and sound business ethics.
