Bilingual Spanish Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and supporting various administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor Reception:
Ensure all visitors are welcomed and checked in appropriately.
Communication Management:
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage customer service communications with professionalism.
Appointment Coordination:
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
Administrative Assistance:
Generate identification badges for staff, perform photocopying, mailing, scanning, and various clerical tasks.
Workspace Organization:
Keep the office environment tidy and well-stocked, ensuring a safe and secure area.
Team Collaboration:
Provide support to colleagues with additional tasks as required.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate records related to human resources and customer service activities.
Client Support:
Address and resolve customer service inquiries promptly and effectively.
Other Duties:
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Experience in office management and front desk operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Capable of maintaining accurate files and records
- Excellent time management skills for effective task prioritization
- Experience in customer support is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is ESSENTIAL
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred
