Job Purpose
CandyCo LLC is seeking an Office Receptionist for our team. The Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a warm welcome for all guests and visitors. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative capabilities. Responsibilities may include managing phone communications, organizing interviews, and providing assistance to guests as they arrive, alongside supporting HR functions such as documentation and tracking.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and check in all visitors, manage incoming calls, and return calls to resolve inquiries
- Assist in scheduling interviews
- Generate identification badges for both temporary and permanent staff
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, and emailing documents
- Ensure a tidy, secure, and organized workspace at all times
- Conduct general housekeeping duties, including maintaining stocked front displays
- Willingness to assist colleagues and take on additional responsibilities when required
- Execute other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; must be energetic, detail-oriented, and maintain a positive demeanor
- Committed to adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Seeking a candidate interested in long-term employment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Working Conditions
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Availability for overtime, including holidays and weekends
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
Physical Requirements
- Non-slip footwear is required
- Compliance with all safety regulations, including hair restraints and beard nets if applicable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
