Position Overview:
The Washington State Democrats' Coordinated Campaign is in search of an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Community Engagement Organizer. This full-time position merges grassroots outreach, political strategy, project coordination, and communication efforts.

Role Significance:
The Community Engagement Organizer will be an integral part of the 2024 Coordinated Political team, playing a vital role in our mission to strengthen the Democratic Party and enhance Democratic representation in upcoming elections.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Relationship Building:**
- Forge and nurture significant connections with community leaders, activists, and organizations to collaborate on voter registration and mobilization initiatives.

2. **Storytelling and Messaging:**
- Identify and uplift community storytellers to spearhead pro-voting communication efforts in conjunction with the Washington State Democratic Party.

Experience Requirements:
- Background in volunteer coordination, issue advocacy, or public-facing roles is essential.
- Previous political organizing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing and recruiting volunteers for various voter engagement events, both in-person and virtual.
- Devoting time to maintaining relationships with key constituency groups and organizations.
- Assisting in the execution of field programs and managing volunteer activities.
- Collaborating with political staff to develop and implement regional programming.
- Attending local meetings and events as necessary.
