Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Representative to join our team at Bug Out Service, LLC. As a Business Growth Representative, you will be responsible for selling pest control services to residential and commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be able to create and execute effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and meet or exceed sales targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development programs to help you grow your career and achieve your goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, plus additional monetary compensation, including overtime, incentive, and/or commission pay, based on performance. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
