Field Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with bottlers, educating and motivating partner representatives to achieve new distribution and volume growth in existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Bottler Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with bottlers to drive business results and execute company initiatives.
- Sales Execution: Sell Monster Energy products at the retail level, aligned with quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and cold/ambient equipment placements.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Train bottler sales representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions.
- Market Execution and Analysis: Utilize all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and capabilities to maximize productivity and results in their assigned market.
- Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing, and minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer packaged goods (CPG) field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer operating skills, including handheld devices.
- Certifications: Maintain an acceptable driving record to ensure coverage under the company's insurance carrier.
Salary: Estimated $59,000 - $79,880 per annum. Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities. Note that pay equity is protected by law.
