**Job Overview**

US Foods is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supervising, planning, and setting objectives for assigned Account Executives and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of the Sales team and relevant systems.
  • Develop and implement sales procedures as necessary.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and functions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess performance against key performance indicators and progress against annual operating plan targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of sales and distribution experience required (foodservice industry or related preferred).
  • Experience in restaurant operations is desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected base rate for this role is between $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus. Benefits include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
