Program Coordinator Overview

Program Coordinators are essential in managing the comprehensive aspects of program execution, from conceptualization to delivery and evaluation. They work in tandem with various teams to guarantee the effective realization of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee program initiation, scope definition, budgeting, design, execution, and finalization
  • Delegate and supervise program staff
  • Establish and apply best practices for program management
  • Lead interdisciplinary program teams
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure program profitability and client satisfaction
  • Travel as necessary for program needs
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of program management experience in manufacturing or supply chain sectors
  • Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
  • PMP certification is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Knowledge of equipment and automation is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to achieve results and foster continuous improvement
