  • Support patients with daily hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Accurately gather and maintain patient information
  • Efficiently document medical care plans
  • Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a nursing assistant or at least one year of relevant experience
  • Understanding of Patient Care Delivery processes
  • Competence in Telemetry and Network Computer Systems
  • Capability to lift weights up to 250 lbs with assistance
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Performance Expectations:

  • Assist in the collection of data and patient care tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
  • Participate in staff training and orientation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe medication practices
