The Healthcare Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment and contracting processes across the organization. This position requires analytical and independent thinking skills to facilitate the recruitment, contracting, and onboarding of healthcare providers, ensuring the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to provider recruitment.
- Manage candidate screening and interview processes, both independently and in collaboration with external recruiting agencies.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors.
- Assist in sourcing and onboarding healthcare providers, as well as managing contracting procedures.
