Position Overview:
The Healthcare Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment and contracting processes across the organization. This position demands analytical and independent thinking skills to enhance the success of provider recruitment, contracting, and onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to provider recruitment.
  • Manage candidate screening and interview processes, both independently and in collaboration with external recruiting agencies.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors.
  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding providers, as well as managing contracting procedures.
