Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our National Client Services Department, you will be responsible for managing the life of a client ticket for service or repair, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities to support clients, customers, and colleagues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of service calls.
- Dispatch technicians with precision, considering travel time and on-site requirements to complete tasks effectively.
- Process technician requests in a timely manner, verifying accuracy and completeness, including call status updates, customer quotes, material ordering, and specific client requests.
- Update and maintain call status within 2 business days of the scheduled service date, documenting relevant information for future reference.
- Proven experience with MS Office products, with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work on location, with occasional travel requirements.
- GED or High School Diploma, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- 1 year or more of experience in a call center, customer service, or related environment, with a strong focus on computer use, customer orientation, and exceptional communication skills.
- Extensive experience with MS Excel, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Proof of continued education, including certifications, associate's degrees, or other relevant qualifications.
- Ability to effectively communicate, with a focus on clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment.
- A clean, orderly, and well-ventilated work environment, with moderate noise levels.

Salary Range: $21- $25 DOE
