Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

  • Keep records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Use critical thinking to solve customer complaints and questions.
  • Assist other teams, including development, sales, and marketing, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
