Position Overview
As a key player in our culinary leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of daily kitchen operations. Your culinary expertise will shine as you engage in hands-on tasks while guiding the kitchen staff and overseeing all food-related activities. Your focus will be on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to the operational budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership in Culinary Operations: Directly supervise kitchen staff, manage daily operations, and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Enhancing Culinary Standards: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor while ensuring compliance with all food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Exceptional Guest Service: Foster a culture of outstanding service, encouraging staff to exceed guest expectations and improve service performance.
  • Achieving Culinary Goals: Set and exceed performance and budgetary goals while developing plans to prioritize and organize work effectively.
  • Human Resource Management: Mentor and develop kitchen staff, manage payroll, and participate in employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary or related fields, or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
