Role SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Chef Manager to oversee our culinary and food service operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of our dining programs and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of culinary operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
- Ensure P&L accountability and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Develop menus with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Proficient in HACCP principles.
- Minimum of three years in culinary management within a contract food service or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost control.
- Experience in exposition cooking is highly desirable.
- ServSafe certification is advantageous.
