Position Overview

As a vital member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Your role will include:

  • Ingredient Preparation: Portioning, chopping, and storing food items, as well as washing and peeling fresh produce.
  • Cooking Responsibilities: Following recipes and quality standards to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including cold foods.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilizing ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to create delicious meals.
  • Quality Control: Testing food to ensure it meets cooking standards and monitoring the quality during preparation.
  • Workstation Management: Setting up and breaking down your work area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all safety and security policies, reporting any maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to management.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Education: A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year in a related culinary position.
  • Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required.
  • Certifications: None required.

Compensation and Benefits
