- Collaborate with the Culinary Development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence in the restaurant.

- Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of culinary professionals.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Proven success as a head of kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.
- Proven ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
