Administrative Support Coordinator

The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing and managing various programs, projects, and events. This position is responsible for establishing and executing administrative systems to effectively handle the assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary source of information, addressing inquiries from potential clients, participants, and academic partners.
- Prepare and maintain essential records, reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
- May be tasked with managing a web page or program materials.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to senior leadership.
- Coordinate complex calendars, including organizing both large and small meetings.
- Support other staff members with scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Serve as the main reception coverage for the front office.
- Assist with departmental archive filing and documentation.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize and track tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in common office software.
- Preferred Pay Rate Range: BR6-29
- Tenure Limit: 3 months
- FLSA Exemption Status: Non-Exempt/OT Eligible
- Required Education: High School Graduate
- Required Certifications: None
