About the Role

MCI Careers is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide expert-level support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
