About the Opportunity

Compensation: $24 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus tips

Position Type: Part-time roles available (benefits not included)

Working Hours: Flexibility required to start between 6 AM - 8 AM

Schedule: Operations run from Thursday to Monday, with varying weekly schedules based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently move, pack, and load client items at their locations.
  • Serve as the representative of Clutter by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Lead a team of helpers to accomplish 1-3 moving/storage tasks daily.
  • Utilize our proprietary mobile application to scan and categorize client items.
  • Maintain high safety standards, quality work, and excellent customer experiences on every job.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination is required.
  • Weekend availability is necessary.
  • Expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to remain on foot for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours).
  • Proficient in managing data using smartphone applications.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
  • Experience in moving, warehouse operations, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
