Position Summary:
The role involves providing engineering support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems that facilitate Space and Property Management, Asset Management, and Transportation Management across the organization. The ideal candidate should be prepared to face challenges with minimal guidance and work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-visibility team setting. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Lead Systems Engineer, government officials, and the development team to set priorities, perform requirements analysis, formalize process design and execution, contribute to system engineering documentation, and deliver end-user support with a strong emphasis on testing assistance. The candidate will also work with the team during releases or transitions to new environments, coordinate with security to address compliance issues, and resolve any existing concerns. Troubleshooting and maintaining system integrity to enhance reliability and performance will be essential.

Qualifications:
Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
A bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Alternatively, twelve (12) years of Systems Engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree. A strong willingness to learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of new technologies and products is essential. Experience in creating and updating technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, is necessary. Familiarity with end-user interactions is also important.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in executing testing procedures, proficiency with Atlassian Suite products such as Confluence and Jira, experience as a Scrum Master, knowledge of 508 Compliance, and expertise in process design and implementation are highly desirable.
