ROLE SUMMARY:
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is on the lookout for a meticulous Office Engineer to enhance our Construction Management and Inspection division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Document and summarize progress meetings, ensuring timely distribution of minutes and agendas.
• Generate and share progress reports and updates with project stakeholders.
• Analyze pay items and prepare monthly financial estimates.
• Gather and log daily reports from inspectors.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive submittals log.
• Collect and organize payroll documentation.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Familiarity with construction terminology is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail is crucial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.
