Key Responsibilities
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Manage customer-specific application development from requirements analysis to production
  • Coordinate design tasks, procurement, and assembly of prototypes

Requirements
  • Hold a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field
  • Have extensive professional experience in integrating engine components, validation, and industrialization in the automotive product life cycle
  • Proven experience as an operational project manager with a self-sufficient, structured, and analytical approach
  • High level of motivation and a strong understanding of development processes (OEM, software, ECU)
  • Experience in dealing with international corporate cultures and business trips
  • Fluency in German and English
