Position Overview:

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and executing all operational tasks within the office and warehouse, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Specialist will:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team, National Service Manager, and accounting department to facilitate daily operational activities.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Assist with delivery operations as necessary.
  • Manage vehicle and equipment rental logistics.
  • Process service and parts orders received through various communication channels.
  • Maintain parts inventory, including purchasing and transferring items from the warehouse to vehicle stock.
  • Handle daily service calls and installation tasks.
  • Respond to inbound calls efficiently.
  • Support the sales team with site visits and installations as required.
  • Promote Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans.
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing schedules, taking notes, and conducting relevant research.
  • Establish and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A solid attendance record.
  • Proficiency in PC usage.
  • Accurate data entry capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • The ability to collaborate with clients to understand their specific service needs.
  • A team-oriented mindset, working closely with all departments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience in the Commercial Laundry Industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000.
