Fort Worth, TX (Downtown)


Position Summary:

The Junior IT Logistics Coordinator will play a vital role in the deployment and support of IT hardware across various retail locations. This position is onsite and requires a commitment to working five days a week in the office.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the deployment of PCs and POS hardware to store locations.
  • Provide remote guidance and troubleshooting for hardware issues.
  • Manage hardware configuration and logistics as needed.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and repairs on PC hardware.
  • Support the configuration and troubleshooting of networking equipment.
  • Collaborate with Shop Support Personnel to resolve hardware problems.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of IT equipment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Familiarity with reverse logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 7 & 10.
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly over the phone.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems is a plus.
  • Certification in Dell Warranty Parts Direct is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift and carry loads up to 40 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods during device repair and configuration.
  • Occasionally climb ladders to access storage areas.
  • Work in a loud warehouse environment and in quieter office settings.
