We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of warehouse staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within the assigned area.
  • Manage the organization of materials and items, including moving materials from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of products and ensure that all materials are properly labeled, tagged, and packed.
  • Assist in receiving cargo by removing it from trucks by hand or using manual equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • One to two years of industry-related experience preferred
  • Forklift certification may be required
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Good or corrected vision
  • Ability to add and subtract
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
