We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials through our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers, providing timely and professional communication and support.
  • Execute a range of manual labor functions, including picking, counting, and staging goods, as well as operating hand tools and equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment within assigned areas, preparing and assembling orders as required.
  • Manage the sorting and placement of materials or items on racks, shelves, and pallets, adhering to predetermined sequences and standards.
  • Assist with training and providing basic work instructions to new hires or transfers, and may have the opportunity to serve as a lead operator in smaller teams or standard operations.
  • Operate a forklift when required, and complete or verify forms, documents, labels, and other information to ensure the accuracy of inventory and successful receiving and/or delivery of goods.
  • Identify potential operational or service concerns, notify appropriate colleagues, and assist with resolving issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of warehousing or related logistics experience, or successful completion of a rotation program.
  • Forklift Certification typically required within 3-6 months of hire, and a valid state-issued driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment, as well as basic proficiency in Internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
  • Ability to become forklift certified, when required.
