Shift: First

Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Education Requirement: High School Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with carriers to guarantee timely pickups, deliveries, and appointments.
  • Proactively address issues related to specific shipments by conducting thorough research and implementing solutions.
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Manage high volumes of communication, both written and verbal, effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes, reduce costs, and promote systemic solutions.
  • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Participate in cross-training across various account functions while maintaining metrics and achieving account-specific goals.

Required Skills:

  • Account Management (minimum of 1 year of experience required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Customer Service experience (minimum of 2 years required)
  • Must reside in the DFW area
  • Logistics experience (minimum of 1 year required)

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: 2 years
  • Experience Level: Experienced
