Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of train crews in the rail yard.
  • Communicate with train crews to ensure accurate placement and removal of railcars.
  • Ensure trains are switched correctly before departure.
  • Arrange for defective railcars to be repaired.
  • Coordinate the breaking up or reassembling of trains according to schedule.

Requirements
