Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Logistics Coordinator to join our team at PSG Global Solutions, specializing in the Telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will involve:

  • Investigating and resolving carrier shipping issues, collaborating closely with fraud prevention teams and warehouse operations to mitigate negative impacts on customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and addressing fraudulent claims, carrier-related challenges, third-party logistics (3PL) complications, and systemic issues that affect the customer experience.
  • Engaging with our third-party warehouses, carriers, and internal partners in Supply Chain and IT to ensure seamless operations.
Performance Expectations

You will be expected to meet daily service level commitments, resolving an average of 80 tickets per day while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
