Job Title: Business Development Center Representative

Job Summary:

The Business Development Center Representative is a key player in driving sales traffic for Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills and Genesis of Colorado Springs. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls and responding to leads generated online by connecting with customers via phone, text, email, or video.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with incoming Internet and Campaign leads through the CRM within 1-5 calls, personal OPT-in text, and email.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the Show Ratio.
  • Confirm appointments.
  • Book 3-5 appointments daily to build the week.
  • Assist salespeople with follow-up and managing their calendars.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
