Business Development Representative

Stratus Building Solutions is a leading franchise in green commercial cleaning, and we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Business Development Representative will be responsible for meeting individual account sales objectives, generating new business leads, and building relationships with potential clients. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Meet individual and group account sales objectives
- Run appointments set by the inside sales team and deliver the Stratus presentation
- Prepare and review new business proposals with accuracy and professionalism
- Deliver proposals within 48 business hours of running the appointment
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly until a sold/lost determination is made
- Work closely with the Director of Business Development and Regional Director to achieve individual objectives and develop tools for tracking established objectives
- Develop and maintain economic and market intelligence files
- Establish and maintain prospect and customer files
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Business Development or Regional Director
- Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
- Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms
