Job Description

Ford Pro Elite is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Business Development Center Representative.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support.

As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments for our service department.

You will also be responsible for having a thorough knowledge of our dealership's products and services, as well as utilizing our software to schedule appointments and manage customer interactions.
