Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, maintaining existing business, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve or exceed business development targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners to provide tailored solutions and enhance client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide insights and feedback to internal teams.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in government contracting.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to use Shipley's Business Development Lifecycle processes.
  • Analytical thinking, confidence, stress management, flexibility, and relationship management skills.
