Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Phil Long Ford of Motor City and Phil Long Valucar of Motor City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Schedule appointments for the service department using our software
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our dealership's products and services
  • Check email frequently and respond in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with a large team of advisors, techs, and management
  • Utilize various platforms, including schedulers, Outlook, web chat, and manufacturer online tools
  • Provide creative solutions to problems and maintain a positive attitude
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Be dependable and punctual

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year college degree
