Job Overview

Baxter Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments, follow up on service inquiries, and provide updates on vehicle repairs.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects a professional and courteous company image, resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Maximize shop efficiency by filling open slots in the service schedule and confirming appointments.
  • Log all communications and transactions into the CRM system, generate reports, and monitor trends to identify potential areas for service improvement or training opportunities.
  • Support promotional campaigns, contacting customers about special offers or recalls, and ensuring timely customer follow-up.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the service department, ensuring smooth communication between the customer, service advisors, and technicians.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback, answer additional questions, and build loyalty.

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
