About the Role

The LiveRamp HR organization is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead the evolution and scaling of the Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will define and drive the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategy that results in a competitive advantage and accelerates business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the Talent Acquisition function, inclusive of structure, talent, culture, process, and technology. Define short-term, mid-term, and long-term TA strategy and goals. Leverage metrics, data, and dashboards to influence and drive the talent acquisition function.
  • HR/TA Technology: Analyze the effectiveness of existing processes and identify needs, growth areas, and pain points. Produce a gap analysis and design a process roadmap required to achieve the company's growth goals. Drive the implementation of effective HR programs and functional improvements required to optimize Workday's ATS platform.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning strategies in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and ability to execute and model them in a fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
What We Offer

LiveRamp offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $250,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
