About the Role: Intel Corporation is seeking a seasoned and experienced Head of Talent Planning and Acquisition to lead the strategic direction and execution of its hiring and talent planning efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing recruitment and talent vendors, recruiting staff, and overseeing college relations, intern, and rotation programs. You will also develop innovative systems and tools to ensure compliance with local regulations and build a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support the hiring demands of Intel Corporation's Altera operations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and business leaders to align talent acquisition goals with business strategies and customer requirements.
- Manage and coach members of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to execute the talent acquisition strategy.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract candidates for key roles or projects.
- Oversee college relations, intern, rotation programs, recruiting, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a pipeline of diverse and qualified talent for future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms to support the talent acquisition process.
- Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the recruiting funnel, from candidate attraction and engagement to selection, pre-hire check, offer, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, systems, and tools that deliver high-quality results.
- Strong knowledge of local market trends, talent sources, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with various stakeholders and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas.
- Passionate about creating a positive and engaging candidate and employee experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
This role will require an on-site presence.
