Role Responsibilities

As a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee comprehensive recruitment cycles for technical positions, from candidate sourcing to final offer acceptance.
  • Devise and execute innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate a strong pipeline of elite technical candidates.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to comprehend role specifications and develop engaging job postings.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluations and assessments to gauge candidates' technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
  • Facilitate the interview process, coordinating schedules, engaging with interviewers, and collecting feedback.
  • Negotiate employment offers and secure candidates, acting as a representative of the Nexus brand.
  • Continuously enhance recruitment methodologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor strategies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive team culture and strengthening our employer brand.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably within startup environments.
  • A proven history of successfully sourcing and securing top-tier technical talent.
  • A deep understanding of various technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical competencies.
  • A robust network within the technology sector and experience recruiting in highly competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship building.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach to recruitment.
  • A genuine passion for technology and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
