About the Role:

Uber Freight is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives, including creating job descriptions, job postings, and interview guides.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other business partners.
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to inform business decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
