About the Talent Acquisition Team
The Talent Acquisition team at Mixpanel is dedicated to constructing a top-tier organization while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. We serve as strategic allies to our executive team and senior leadership, offering insights and advice on best practices in talent acquisition and innovative recruiting methodologies.
About the Role
In the capacity of a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be instrumental in devising and implementing effective strategies to attract and secure exceptional talent for the organization. Our Go-to-Market recruiting team is focused on supporting all global customer-facing roles, encompassing Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will provide strategic guidance to efficiently build talent pipelines from sourcing through to hiring. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the GTM teams with high-caliber talent, ultimately driving Mixpanel towards achieving outstanding business outcomes. This position is ideal for you if you excel in candidate sourcing, collaborating with hiring partners, and possess in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition. You will also have the chance to engage in projects that benefit the broader people organization.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the recruitment process and full-cycle hiring for various departments within Mixpanel.
- Identifying and engaging a diverse array of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse CRM Campaigns, and innovative recruitment techniques.
- Forming strategic partnerships with leaders and the wider people team to implement the hiring strategy effectively, focusing on reducing time to hire while maintaining quality.
- Managing the closing process in collaboration with compensation teams and hiring managers.
- Acting as a talent advisor to the hiring teams you support, enhancing their capabilities to interview and recruit top-tier talent.
- Delivering a world-class experience for prospective employees and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects and recruitment strategies.
- A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic technical environment.
- At least 2 years of full-cycle GTM recruitment experience, particularly in sales.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing.
- A strong passion for staying updated on recruiting market trends and continuously seeking ways to enhance and evolve strategic hiring approaches.
- Direct experience sourcing from target companies and the technical ecosystem relevant to Mixpanel's talent needs.
- A proven track record of achieving sourcing targets, hiring goals, and exceeding expectations.
- Experience in creating, developing, and executing effective recruiting strategies.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Greenhouse CRM.
- Experience in executive or leadership recruitment.
The total target cash compensation (TTCC) includes base salary and variable compensation, which may consist of a company bonus or commissions, depending on your role and level. This position is also eligible for equity consideration and additional benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance.
Our salary ranges are established based on role and level, benchmarked against industry standards. The displayed range represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hires across all US locations. We regularly update our salary ranges to reflect market conditions. Individual compensation is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
