About the Role

The Human Resources organization at LiveRamp is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the evolution and scaling of the Talent Acquisition function. As a key member of the HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies, programs, and tools/technologies that drive business results and accelerate growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Executive Director will define and execute an enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategy that delivers a competitive advantage and drives business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the Talent Acquisition function, including structure, talent, culture, process, and technology, to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement a short-term, mid-term, and long-term Talent Acquisition strategy and goals that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Leverage data, metrics, and dashboards to inform and drive the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring that it is aligned with business needs and goals.
• Embed a culture and belonging philosophy in all Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring that they are inclusive, diverse, and equitable.

HR/TA Technology

• Analyze the effectiveness of existing HR and Talent Acquisition processes and identify areas for improvement, growth, and pain points.
• Develop a process roadmap to achieve the company's growth goals, including the implementation of effective HR programs and functional improvements required to optimize the Workday ATS platform.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate annual base compensation range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000. The actual offer will be determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among the team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of leading Talent Acquisition and workforce planning strategy in a global environment, with a proven track record of driving business results and accelerating growth. They will be a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable operating in a constantly evolving, fast-moving, results-oriented organization, and has a strong understanding of HR best practices. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, agile, people-facing leader who can execute and model HR best practices for the organization on a real-time basis.
